By accessing or using the Teamnet platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
Teamnet provides a composable enterprise platform including ERP, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Safety, IoT, Security, ESG and AI modules. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with workspaces hosted on infrastructure managed by Teamnet Solutions Pvt Ltd.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each workspace is provisioned with a unique subdomain under teamnet.in. You may invite any number of users to your workspace at no additional per-seat cost.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform. Teamnet does not sell, share or use your business data for purposes other than providing and improving the Service. You may export your data at any time.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Service's infrastructure, or to attempt unauthorised access to other workspaces.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Teamnet targets 99.9% uptime for hosted workspaces. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Support response times vary by plan tier.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which your workspace and data will be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teamnet's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
