• Workspace data: All business data you enter into your workspace (invoices, employee records, production data, etc.)

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provision and maintain your workspace
• Provide customer support
• Improve the platform and develop new features
• Send essential service communications (downtime notices, security alerts, billing)

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your business data for advertising.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers in the region you select during setup. We employ industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Regular automated backups

• Network isolation between workspaces

Your workspace data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to account administrators at least 30 days before taking effect.
